Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of our products per purchase for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software contained in our products

Our FiveM scripts and resources are provided for use on FiveM roleplay servers. By purchasing our products, you agree to:

• Use the products only on servers you own or have permission to modify
• Not redistribute, resell, or share the products with others
• Not claim ownership of the products
• Respect intellectual property rights

4. Payment and Refunds

All purchases are processed through Tebex. By making a purchase, you agree to Tebex's terms of service. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy:

• Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if the product is defective or not as described
• Refunds will not be granted for products that have been modified or used extensively
• All refund requests are subject to review and approval

5. Disclaimer

The materials on Pickle Mods' website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Pickle Mods makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

6. Limitations

In no event shall Pickle Mods or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Pickle Mods' website, even if Pickle Mods or a Pickle Mods authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

The materials appearing on Pickle Mods' website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Pickle Mods does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. You are responsible for not submitting information you do not wish Tebstack to receive. Tebstack's relationship to you is governed by its own terms and policies; Pickle Mods is not responsible for Tebstack's independent practices, except as required by applicable law.
